VINTAGE PRO is a professionally designed, contemporary high-fusing metal-ceramic system based on decades of experience with SHOFU PFM product line, by optimizing its porcelain base and combining with new materials. Characterized by exceptional efficiency, homogeneity, stability, versatility and predictable aesthetics, VINTAGE PRO is easy to handle and less prone to errors with the systematic co-ordination of the standard as well as extended array of margin, cervical, opalescent, translucent and effect powders, that suit beginners and experts alike.

FEATURES

Developed to match conventional cast as well as CAD / CAM & Sintered non-precious alloys with the CTE range of 13,5 to 14,8 x 10-6K-1, also suitable for high gold, reduced gold and palladium based PFM alloys.

Based on the high-fusing VINTAGE porcelain systems, the new VINTAGE PRO metal ceramic is characterised by professional design, efficiency and aesthetics. The excellent properties of the well-established SHOFU PFM product line has been systematically optimised, and its porcelain base combined with new materials – for even greater ease of use, higher firing stability and naturally opalescent shades.

In addition to the standard powders, VINTAGE PRO porcelain system offers a versatile spectrum of highly fluorescent powders for the margin and cervical areas along with opalescent and translucent effect powders to design intricate incisal zones that harmonize with the individual patient. The extensive array of colours enables the ceramist to meet aesthetic challenges and realize even the most complicated characterizations.

LIFE-LIKE OPALESCENCE AND VITALITY

The optical properties of natural teeth are precisely reproduced with the opalescent and translucent powders with minimum effort.

COMPATIBLE WITH A GREATER VARIATION OF ALLOYS

VINTAGE PRO with a firing temperature of approximately 900 °C is ideal for veneering nonprecious alloy frameworks but at the same time, it is also suitable for veneering high gold, reduced gold and palladium based PFM alloys. This stable porcelain system is compatible with all types of conventionally cast alloys and ideal for CAD / CAM or sintered metal framework.

PERFECTLY STREAMLINED

VINTAGE PRO comprises all the colours required to accurately reproduce the 16 VITA Classical Shades as well as SHOFU’s extended 4 Whitening shades to match standard patient cases. An extended line of opal, translucent, effect and margin powders are designed to mimic the shade nuances and optical variations seen in natural teeth.
