KeySplint Soft Clear for Carbon is the aesthetic, water-Clear member of the KeySplint Soft family — formulated and validated exclusively for the Carbon Digital Manufacturing Platform (M-Series and L1). Unlike the open-DLP version with its slight violet tint, this variant prints crystal Clear for cases where a near-invisible splint is the brief.
Engineered for the high-volume Carbon DLS workflow — Keystone reports labs running KeySplint Hard on Carbon achieve up to 6X greater throughput and 60% higher profit per unit. The Soft Clear formulation rides the same productivity envelope while delivering the flexible, fracture-resistant feel patients prefer for nightguards.

What Makes It Different
There are two KeySplint Soft formulations and they are not interchangeable. The open-DLP version (4220005 / 4200005) ships with a slight violet tint and runs on Asiga, Phrozen, Elegoo and other 385-405 nm DLP printers. The Carbon version (4220155 / 4200155) is water-Clear, optimized for Digital Light Synthesis, and only sold for Carbon M-series and L1 platforms.
Cross-loading the wrong resin into the wrong workflow voids Keystone's biocompatibility documentation and FDA clearance. Match SKU to printer — and ask USDD if your Carbon contract covers this resin before ordering.
