KeyGuard is Keystone's 3D-printed answer to thermoformed sports mouthguards — by the same team behind the Pro-Form line. Launched December 2023, this proprietary resin lets dental clinics and labs print custom-fit athletic mouthguards directly from a digital scan, eliminating the manual molding and thermoforming steps entirely.
Performance specs: 30 kN/m tear strength, 220 J/m impact resistance, Shore A 75-90 hardness — engineered to absorb and dissipate energy under repetitive impact while staying comfortable enough that athletes will actually keep them in.
