KeyGuard is Keystone's 3D-printed answer to thermoformed sports mouthguards — by the same team behind the Pro-Form line. Launched December 2023, this proprietary resin lets dental clinics and labs print custom-fit athletic mouthguards directly from a digital scan, eliminating the manual molding and thermoforming steps entirely.
Performance specs: 30 kN/m tear strength, 220 J/m impact resistance, Shore A 75-90 hardness — engineered to absorb and dissipate energy under repetitive impact while staying comfortable enough that athletes will actually keep them in. Available in five team colors with the same proprietary chemistry under each pigment.
