Gumy Indicator is designed for more accurate and complete color selection taking into account the gingiva (gum color).
CHARACTERISTICS:
• It helps simulate the oral environment and prevents a grayish or dull effect in the final restoration.
• Available in 3 gingival shades:
• Gum helps colored shadow tracking in light, medium and dark
AVAILABLE IN 3 GINGIVAL COLOURS:
o No. 1 – Light
o No. 2 – Medium
o No. 3 – Dark
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Disinfect the GUMY with alcohol prior to intraoral Shade taking.
2. Select the GUMY which matches closest to the patient's gingival Shade.
3. Determine the Shade as normal with the VINTAGE Shade guide,
4. Then place three Shade tabs, which match closest to natural tooth into the GUMY and check the Shade again.
