The Vanguard 1X is VANIMAN's entry-grade single-Station dental Dust collector — the right choice for small labs, single workstations inside larger labs, and dental offices with in-house lab capability. Hand-assembled in Murrieta, California, the 1X delivers 75 CFM of clean, quiet suction (55 dBA max) from a 115 V / 15 A motor that has been engineered for a long service life on the bench.
Like every Vanguard, the 1X uses a replaceable filter bag rated to capture 97% of particles at 1 µm, and accepts an optional pre-filter cyclone Accumulator that separates 95–99% of fine particulates at 0.3 µm before air ever reaches the unit. The Accumulator extends motor life and reduces filter-bag changes.
Where it shines: model trimming, plaster work, gypsum/die-stone, acrylic grinding, alloy framework finishing, occasional ceramic and zirconia adjustment, and capture of blasting media from a sandblaster. Pair with a SandVac for a complete blast-and-capture setup.
