Overview
KEYSTONE Twisted Plate Strengtheners are pre-formed Twisted stainless-steel wires for embedding in acrylic orthodontic appliances — Hawley retainers, palatal expanders, and other removable appliances where the acrylic base would otherwise crack under bite forces. The Twisted geometry mechanically interlocks with the acrylic, providing reinforcement without significantly increasing appliance thickness.
- Pre-Twisted stainless-steel wire. Mechanical interlock with acrylic — no separate retention needed.
- 3.5" length. Standard sized for Hawley and palatal-expander appliances.
