* For Crestal aproach,First use the Crest drill with appropriate depth stop until the last 1mm.
* Finish the last 1mm with Crest Reamer with 1mm depth stop attachd joined. The Crest reamer is
made of diamond particles to avoid snagging the membrane.
* Use Sinus lift instruments to lift up the Sinus membrance.
