-Our badges (item 16102) is a yearly service. 

-Once a drop ship order is processed the customer will receive the badges within 5-7 business days.

-Every 3 months they will automatically be sent new badges. Once the new badges are received  they are to return the ones they were using to be monitored (obviously this will start after the first quarter). Failure to do so can result in the service being temporarily stopped until the badges are returned. If all badges are not returned by the end of their service they will not be able to renew if they wish and there will be a charge for each missing badge.

-The customer will be sent a quarterly report of how much scattered RADIATION each person is taking in. If someone is taking in too much RADIATION they will be notified by phone from our badge facility.

-One badge per person. If employee is pregnant she will also need a fetal badge on top of the regular badge. This is by months so they would have to tell us how many months pregnant she is.

-Badges are not to be shared.

-When order is placed need first and last name of the person(s) wearing the badge.

-Badges are not to leave the facility they are shipped to. If the clinic has more than one location they will need to place another order for that location.

-Service comes with one control badge. This is the badge that stays in the room where the x-rays are being taken.
