75D-0 : Advanced Dust Control for Dry Grinding and POLISHING

The 75D-0 POLISHING Grinding Unit from HANDLER has been newly redesigned to incorporate drum cartridge filter technology. Engineered specifically for dry grinding operations, it excels in tasks such as grooving plaster models, dry POLISHING, and dry model trimming. Powered by a robust 3/4 HP suction motor, the unit delivers a 600 CFM (cubic feet per minute) suction capacity, ensuring that dust and debris are effectively removed from the workspace.

Its two drum cartridge filters capture particles as small as 0.5 microns, keeping the air clean and maintaining a dust-free environment. The filters are also easy to remove and clean, simplifying maintenance. The aluminum POLISHING hoods (7” W x 10 1/2” D x 14” H) help to contain dust, POLISHING compounds, and debris. The unit is equipped with a two-speed model 26 Red Wing high-base lathe, making it versatile for both POLISHING and grinding tasks.
