Will your system work with my software?
Our system works with almost every software on the market. We have our system working seamlessly in offices that use practice management systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and with imaging systems like Dexis, Schick, Carestream and many more.
Furthermore, because our team has deployed systems into all of these offices over the span of decades, they are very knowledgeable about how to optimize the workflow within each of these systems.
What training will be provided?
Our objective is to help you and your staff make the most of your investment, so you will have many resources at your disposal.
When the system is installed, we will provide training that covers hardware, software, integrated workflow with the office software, and anything else the staff needs.
If at any point in the future, whether it be 2 weeks, 2 months, or 2 years later, our team is available for follow-on training. Perhaps you have new staff. Perhaps you are changing practice management systems. Whatever, the reason, just reach out.
We also provide a series of “bite-sized” video modules that serve as a great refresher for various common workflows both with the hardware as well as the software.
What happens if we need support?
Support for your system is a critical component to making sure you are maximizing its value to your practice. Over the years (and many thousand office deployments), IMAGEWORKS has garnered a reputation for helping offices avoid issues that may disrupt the practice. If an issue arises, our team mobilizes to get things resolved.
First, it’s worth noting that our manufacturing partner is a Japanese company named Yoshida that is globally renowned for manufacturing quality. The platform has a track record of being a work-horse that just goes for many years – so issues stemming from poor design and manufacturing just don’t arise in the first place.
On the off chance that there’s a problem or an issue, your staff has a direct line to our technical support team that is available at a moment’s notice. Your staff will get a link that will instantaneously connect one of our specialists directly into your system so that they can see what’s going on, and get it resolved. Behind this team is our headquarters engineering staff for those unique situations.
If there is a situation that requires someone in the office, we have over 500 partners across the US to help get issues resolved quickly and efficiently.
How do I know it will fit in my space?
A key step in our process is our Site Readiness Review, in which our team will review your space, confirm that everything will function in your office, as well as review details of the installation process.
