Installation & Use

Remove the worn O-ring (typically the older black-compound seal) and seat the new red O-ring in the lid groove. Wipe the groove clean of any abrasive residue before seating — embedded grit will cut the new O-ring on the first cycle.

Compatibility

VANIMAN media tank lids on SandStorm, Prestige, and compatible cabinet SandBlasters. Replaces older black-compound O-Rings — same dimensions, improved compound.

Care & Storage

Replace any time the tank lid is removed and reseated. O-Rings take a permanent compression set under load and re-seating an old O-ring is the most common cause of tank leaks. The red compound is the current production specification.
