The 12″ WHIP MIX 3/4 HP WET Model Trimmer is constructed with a rigid cast aluminum housing and backing plate for maximum durability. Each unit comes fully assembled for immediate use, ensuring seamless integration into your dental lab for efficient and reliable trimming.

The 12″ WHIP MIX 3/4 HP WET Model Trimmer comes equipped with a fully adjustable work table, allowing for angle adjustments between 85 to 120 degrees from the grinding wheel surface. The hinged front cover, secured by a single wing nut, enables quick and easy access for changing or reversing the abrasive wheel. A full-radius water supply ensures optimal abrasive surface cleaning, while removable clean-out plugs allow for convenient maintenance. Measuring 16″ wide, 17″ high, and 15″ deep (40.5 cm x 43 cm x 38 cm), the unit also includes a coarse abrasive wheel for effective trimming.

Model Trimmer Accessories

Orthodontic Work Table:

A precision calibrated, easily adjustable work table offering near vertical cutting force. Comes with durable Vertisquare, Angle Guide and Template. Fits 12″ size.

Electric Water Valve:

Regulates water supply in conjunction with the trimmer’s on/off switch, saving water and eliminating constant flow adjustment.

Sediment Tray:
