Developed in rigid polyurethane, with rubberized membrane in the maxillary sinus and nasal and gum simulation. The face is a skull cut, ear forward and the nose down, with the following teeth: 11, 12, 14, 18, 24, 26 and 27.

Used in practical work and classes, demonstrations and training of surgical techniques such as:
* Graft block (where a depression) in tooth region 22 sinus lifting
* Placement of different implants in the intervals there between the teeth
* Training incision and soft tissue suture.
