    Full Contour Coloring Liquid Ecco Specially Designed For Super Translucent Zirconia
    FDA CERTIFIED

    DIGITECH Full Contour Liquid is made for the coloration of milled zirconia structures.
    C
    oloring is applied before sintering, not for shading ceramic structures. Alcohol based.

    Available in 16 Vita shades:
    * A1 - A2 - A3.5 - A4
    * B1 - B2 - B3 - B4
    * C1 - C2 - C3 - C4
    * D2 - D3 - D4
    * O1- O2 for darker areas like fissures and occlusal valleys.
    * G1-G2-G3 for translucent like areas, like Cuspids and incisal borders.

    DIGITECH Full Contour Liquid has no effect on the physical properties of DIGITECH Zirconia blocks such as:
    * Sintering density.
    * Flexural strength.
    * Fracture toughness and hardness.
    Excess liquid will affect the stability of restoration and will corrode the heating element if NOT PROPERLY DRIED WELL

    Note:
    1  Make sure the restoration is fully dried before coloring.
    2  Use palette or zIrconia crucible to place the restoration ( Sold Separately )
    3  Use non-metal tweezers to operate, do not use metal tweezers. Gloves are recommended during peration.
    4   The used color liquid should be kept separate from original bottle to avoid contamination
    5   Do not dilute with any water to avoid uneven coloring; use the diluting supplied in the package.
    6   Keep the bottle sealed and store between the temperatures of 20-30C.
    Drying:
    1  -  Infrared Drying: Keep a distance of 80-100mm between lamp and restoration. In case of brushing method, 30 minutes for crown and bridges. In case of dipping method, 30 minutes for crown and 30 to 60 minutes for bridge.
    2  -  Porcelain Furnace Drying: Set the temp range 200-250C with chamber half closed, holding time is the same above.
    3   Sintering Oven Drying: Set the temperature at 200C with holding times same as above.
    Sintering:
    1  -  1480C is recommended, holding time of 2 hours.
    But if a better translucency is expected, the temperature could be raised to 1530C to 1600C, but consider that a slight color fade could be possible, in case of that, adjust it with external staining, or use a deeper shade in coloring process.
    2  -  Place the restoration in the crucible with inside-up ( internal part of the crowns facing up ) to avoid the sintering beads getting into the restoration.

    Make sure the restoration gets maximum supporting points from the sintering bead.
    In case of long bridge remain attached to sintered with a supportive base to lower the odds of distortion.
