Features of FULL CONTOUR coloring Liquid
FULL CONTOUR coloring Liquid is made for the coloration of milled ZIRCONIA structures.
coloring is applied before sintering ( green stage ) , not for shading ceramic structures.
Alcohol based.
FULL CONTOUR coloring Liquid available in 16 Vita shades:
* A1 - A2 - A3 A3.5 - A4
* B1 - B2 - B3 - B4
* C1 - C2 - C3 - C4
* D2 - D3 - D4
* O1- O2 for darker areas like fissures and occlusal valleys.
* G1-G2-G3 for translucent like areas, like Cuspids and incisal borders.
FULL CONTOUR Liquid has no effect on the physical properties of ECCO ZIRCONIA blocks such as:
* Sintering density.
* Flexural strength.
* Fracture toughness and hardness.
Excess liquid will affect the stability of restoration and will corrode the heating element if NOT PROPERLY DRIED WELL
KEY ADVISE for the use of FULL CONTOUR coloring Liquid
If you are using wet milling, make sure the framework is completely dry before coloring.
Use the palette or measuring cup supplied in your kit.
Use the plastic tweezers in your kit, do not use metal tweezers, as it can affect the final shade.
Gloves are recommended when coloring frameworks.
Do not put used liquid back into the bottle to avoid contamination.
Keep the bottles sealed after use. Cold storage (0~4 degree) is recommended.
Use a piece of tissue to gently dab the crown before drying, the crown should at room temperature and dry if more color stain is needed.
