Overview
KeyModel Ultra is the next-generation dental and orthodontic model resin from Keystone's Henkel collaboration — engineered for speed, accuracy, and the thermoforming workflow that drives modern aligner production. Sand is the warm-neutral shade option, joining Ivory and Light Grey in the Ultra family, all running on the same Henkel-developed chemistry.
The point of this resin is throughput. KeyModel Ultra is formulated for rapid printing and fast post-cure, with reduced peel forces during print to increase accuracy. The integrated quick-release agent means thermoformed aligners and devices come off the model cleanly — no release spray, no sticking, no torn aligners. This is the model resin built for high-volume aligner labs.
