UltraCraft AirCure by HeyGears is the ideal solution to complete the dental manufacturing process in-office with precision, speed, and efficiency. Designed to offer professional performance in a compact format, this Curing machine combines a small size with low energy consumption, providing high-quality final treatment for 3D dental pieces. This equipment is compatible with the dental printers UltraCraft A2D HD, Chairside, and Chairside Pro.
Thanks to its advanced optical design, AirCure guarantees high Curing efficiency, speeding up Post-processing without compromising stability. Its automatic calibration system and light intensity compensation ensure consistent performance even with prolonged use, resulting in more durable and better-finished parts.
AIRCURE COMPATIBILITY
The cloud integration with HeyGears Cloud allows Curing to be started with a single click, eliminating unnecessary waiting times and simplifying the clinical workflow. Additionally, its automatic Curing strategy adjusts the process according to the material, optimizing its mechanical and aesthetic properties.
The AirCure allows Curing up to 6 models simultaneously in less than 10 minutes and supports multiple Curing methods (underwater, without water, or with agent), offering versatility for different types of dental prints.
