90D polishing unit: Heavy-Duty Dust Collector for Industrial and Laboratory Use

The 90D polishing unit is engineered to deliver robust suction power for laboratories or industrial facilities that require polishing for extended periods, typically 4 to 8 hours a day. Featuring a powerful dual-vac suction system, it is driven by a 1/2 HP, 1725 rpm ball-bearing motor with a capacitor start, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. The unit generates an impressive 1000 CFM (cubic feet per minute) [472m³/min.] of airflow at low static pressure, promoting quiet performance.

Equipped with three large filters, each measuring 12" x 32" x 2" [30 cm x 81 cm x 5 cm] (totaling 2304 cubic inches [37.8m³]), the 90D polishing unit efficiently captures fine Dust particles between 3-5 microns from wet pumicing, dry tripoli, rouge polishing, and metal grinding processes. This unit, however, is not designed for Dust collection from dry plaster or stone trimming tasks. For added durability, it is finished with a baked coating. Please note that the 90D is shipped without a polishing motor.
