DIGITAL PROCESSING WORKFLOW
■ CAD PROCESS:
Check the design sheet, Dental model and molar relationship → Scanning → Design
(The 3D PRO ML Zirconia restoration can realize 0.9mm of thickness in anterior teeth)
■ CAM PROCESS:
We recommend machining with our Zirconia milling machine, and according to your design to choose the right size of the Zirconia milling burs.
■ CLEANING MILLED Zirconia RESTORATIONS:
Dust on the surface of the prosthesis should be cleaned with a dust brush before sintering.
■ SINTERING:
When you using the GSF 90 Zirconia sintering furnace, there is no need to re-enter the parameters, we have set up the sintering program.
■ GLAZING AND POLISHING:
The occlusal surface can be polished properly to improve the surface smoothness, the glaze can be used to moisten the surface of the restoration.
■ FIRING:
The restorations glues to the sintering rod to isolate the contamination of the sintering tray when firing.
