The Endo activator system uses sonic energy technology for root canal treatment. The controller works with the handheld device, motor, and needle tip to provide power for tip oscillation and vibration. Evidence-based endodontics has shown that cavitation and acoustic transmission can improve debridement and breakdown of the dentinal barrel layer and biofilm. The Activator helps fluids enter the pulp chamber, root canal, side canal, root canal connection, and root apex connection to ensure deep cleaning and sterilization of the root canal. It is beneficial to complete the 3D root canal filing and ensures long-term success.
