The FOSTER Alloy Grinder is the proven workhorse for sprue separation and the finishing and polishing of chrome-cobalt Alloy framework — rugged, comfortable, and built to last.
The AG05 is the variable-speed flagship of the FOSTER Alloy Grinder line — infinitely adjustable up to 26,000 RPM via a front-panel fingertip control. When the job needs delicate work one minute and aggressive stock removal the next, this is the Grinder you reach for.

What Makes This Unique
Belt-driven speed selection (AG03/AG04) is great for two well-defined jobs — rough cutting and finish. But many CrCo cases need something in between, and stepping a belt every time costs time. The AG05's fingertip potentiometer dials the spindle to the exact RPM the cutter wants, then steps it back down for the polish.
💡 Selling Tips for Sales Team
- Sell the precision. Variable speed is the right answer when the lab is grinding a mix of materials — CrCo, titanium, ceramics. Belt-only Grinders can't dial in the sweet spot.
- Top of the AG line. If the customer is replacing an older Grinder, this is the upgrade. Don't default to the AG03 unless they explicitly want the simpler dual-speed.
- Pairs with the CDC1 Cyclone. The AG05C bundle packages this Grinder + cyclone at a better combined price.
- Voltage for export. 220V variant ships for Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe out of our Miami consolidation.
