Aconia 3D Master STML is a multi-layer translucent zirconia disc engineered for the lab tech who refuses to choose between strength and esthetics. Continuous color and translucency gradients are co-pressed through the full thickness of the puck — incisal at the top, body in the middle, cervical at the base — so a crown carved from the right vertical position comes out of the furnace looking like a tooth, not a paint job.
It slots into the production workflow you already run. Open-system 98.5 mm format drops into any major CAD/CAM mill. Pre-shaded chemistry is true Glaze-n-Go — no infiltration baths, no custom liquids, no second appointment to fix shade. Mill, sinter, glaze, deliver. The math works on volume jobs and the case count per shift goes up.

One disc, the full restoration menu. The shade gradient lines up with what the case actually needs — anterior crowns nest near the incisal layer, molars sit lower in the body shade, full-arch frames pull the cervical depth at the base.

- 800–1200 MPa Flexural Strength 3-point bend strength covers monolithic anteriors at the high-translucency end and long-span posterior bridges at the high-strength end.
- Fracture Toughness > 5.2 MPa·m½ The toughness number stops a microcrack from running. What keeps wide-span and implant cases out of the redo bin.
- 43–51% Light Transmission Translucency stratifies through the disc — high at the incisal for natural enamel reading, lower at the cervical for chroma support.
- Sintered Density > 6.02 g/cm³ Full theoretical density. No porosity to harbor stains, no chipping during contouring, no surprise voids at chairside.
- Sintering Window 1520–1560°C Forty degrees of working window. A furnace running slightly hot or cold still hits the spec. Conventional and high-speed curves.
- Glaze-n-Go Pre-Shaded Chemistry Color is in the disc, not on it. Skip infiltration baths and dip jars. Mill, sinter, glaze, deliver.

What makes 3D Master different
Most multilayer zirconia falls into one of two camps. Either it pushes esthetics — sacrificing strength for translucency — or it pushes strength, ending up too opaque to skip the staining station.
Aconia 3D Master refuses the trade-off. The chromatic and translucency gradients are independent: incisal sits at 51% translucency around 800 MPa, cervical sits at 43% translucency around 1200 MPa. A monolithic anterior reads as enamel at the edge while the body carries load. A long-span bridge carved deeper gets the toughness it actually needs.
For the lab: one disc covers the prescription pad. Three jars collapse into one inventory line.
