While exact parameters can vary based on equipment and specific product requirements, a general heating cycle for THERMODENT injectable MATERIALS
is as follows:
Preheating: The material is preheated to approximately 295°C (563°F) to achieve a molten state suitable for injection.
Hold 18minutes
Injection: Once the material reaches the desired viscosity, it is injected into a preheated mold.
Mold Temperature: The mold is typically maintained at a temperature between 80°C to 100°C (176°F to 212°F) to facilitate proper flow and reduce internal stresses.
Cooling: After injection, the mold is cooled to allow the material to solidify and achieve the desired mechanical properties.
