Mechanical/electrical breakdowns in normal use; Power Surge (with UL surge protection); and, when purchased. Parts & Labor coverage applies after the OEM warranty ends and continues for the Term on your invoice.

How It Works

1  Enroll eligible    equipment
Minimum 12‑month OEM warranty required.
2  Maintain per OEM
Keep maintenance records; they may be requested at claim time.
3  Open a Claim
Go to (Click Here) , open the Tech Help Desk and submit your request. Wait for authorization.
4  Pay Deductible
$90-$250 per approved claim, prior to service.
5  Repair or              Replacement
We’ll Repair or Replace with similar features (new, rebuilt, or refurbished).

Frequently Asked Questions

When does coverage start?
Breakdown is recognized from your invoice date; however, Parts & Labor under this plan apply after the OEM warranty ends. Power Surge (and ADH, where applicable) begins day one.
Does this overlap with my OEM warranty?
No. This plan does not duplicate manufacturer benefits during any valid OEM warranty period.
What’s the deductible?
$250 per approved claim, collected before service begins.
How do I file a claim?
Use the Tech Help Desk at https://usdentaldepot.com/tech-help-desk. Wait for authorization before any service.
Which equipment is eligible?
Items with a minimum 12‑month OEM warranty, listed on your Invoice/Schedule of Covered Equipment.
Which categories can include ADH?
Camera systems, Digital sensors, Intraoral scanners, and Handheld X‑rays (when purchased).
Is Power Surge covered?
Yes—from day one, provided the unit is connected to a UL‑listed surge protector.
Are computers covered?
No. Laptops, computers, and monitors (even if bundled) are excluded.
Are consumables or cosmetic issues covered?
No. Consumables/non‑operating parts and cosmetic‑only issues are excluded.
What about add‑on accessories on delivery systems?
Air/water syringes or tips are excluded. Add‑ons like intraoral cameras, handpieces, and scalers require separate contracts.
Any autoclave specifics?
Yes—no coverage for the plastic patient‑facing front cover.
Do you cover software, data, or training?
No. Software/data restoration, data recovery, and training/design support are excluded.
Do you cover expedited shipping?
No. Expedited or overnight shipping is excluded.
Can I use my own technician?
Only technicians authorized/approved by the Administrator. Unauthorized repairs aren’t covered.
What happens if my unit is replaced?
Replacement may be new, rebuilt, or refurbished with similar features. Accessories not originally included aren’t part of the replacement. Replaced items become our property. Your Term continues but does not extend.
Is the plan renewable or transferable?
No. The Term isn’t renewable and cannot be transferred to a different owner or to different equipment.
Where is this available?
The 50 U.S. states (including AK & HI). Outlying U.S. territories are excluded.
Do you cover losses from downtime or lost production?
No. Incidental or consequential losses (e.g., downtime, lost income) aren’t covered.
What if I can’t show maintenance records or the serial number is missing?
Claims may be denied for skipped OEM maintenance or removed/altered serial numbers.
Is this insurance?
No. It’s a commercial service contract with defined terms, exclusions, and limits.
