US DENTAL DEPOT SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy is designed to provide clear, concise information regarding our shipping practices and procedures.

At US DENTAL DEPOT, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and convenience to our customers.

1. Free Shipping Offer

US DENTAL DEPOT is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING in a significant portion of our extensive range of nearly 50,000 products that qualify for free shipping based on the product type, order volume and the level of your membership level in our Customer Loyalty Program.

2. Shipping Costs and Calculations

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including weight, volume, value, destination, and any special requirements needed to ensure the safe and guaranteed delivery of your order. Whether the delivery is to your doorstep or requires inside office placement, we strive to provide accurate and fair shipping rates.

3. Order Processing Times

US DENTAL DEPOT operates from a 16,000 sqft facility with the aim of stocking a wide array of products. Orders with items in stock are typically processed on the same day, or within 24 hours. For products not currently in stock, orders are immediately placed with our manufacturers, who have a fulfillment window ranging from 24 hours to 14 days. Custom orders, such as dental chairs with specific colors and configurations, may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. The expected delivery timeframe for most purchased items when “out of stock” is between 3-10 days.

5. International Shipping

For international deliveries, the shipping courier will contact the customer directly to arrange for delivery, ensuring a smooth process regardless of the destination.
Our terms of Sale are incoterms EXWORK USDD Office or FOB Miami for paletized orders, and incoterms DDU (Delievered Duties Unpaid) for courier sized orders.
As exporter we are specialists in EXPORT and we know all regulations to be able to export legally.
As for the IMPORTER, importer is responsible for knowing all their country regulations and electricity conditions, from voltage, amp, Hrtz and stability.
Buyer is responsible for importation process , regulations, taxes and permits and has ownership of the products once they leave USDD premises.

6. Shipping Carriers

We utilize reputable air shipping couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and EMS to guarantee fast and secure delivery. Our commitment is to select the best shipping carrier based on the specific requirements of each order.

7. Insurance

All shipments are delivered with full insurance included in the shipping costs proivided.

8. Order Tracking

Upon placing an order, customers receive a confirmation email containing their order number ( support@usdentaldepot.com ).

 Our fully automated website allows customers to track every aspect of their order, including status updates on each order line  (e.g., ordered, arrived, picked, packed, invoiced, shipped, or delayed) offering the ability to interact with our team on each line regarding any inquiries about their purchased product.

Tracking numbers are provided via email once the shipping label is created. Additionally, an optional text message update service is available at checkout for real-time notifications.

10. DAMAGED products during shipping:

• You are covered !! All orders are shipped from our facility fully insured for 100% of its value

• Products damaged during transit are claim to be placed to the courier. Contact Customer Service to find out in your particular case :

11. General Considerations in front of a Damaged Package

• In front of a DAMAGED box, SUSPICIOUS CONDITIONS, either reject the package to the courier, or make sure you set an exemption at the moment of receiving ( with the driver at the moment of signing ) in order to be able to claim the insurance.

The faster we file the claim to the courier, the better. Ideally for best outcome, is to place the claim within hours of opening the package.

• On some occasions, US DENTAL DEPOT will be able to send an immediate replacement while we claim the insurance. Other times, it won’t be possible

US Dental Depot, honoring our commitment to a high level of customer service, will fight and partner with our customers in all claims to the insurance company.

A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST who is prepared and ready to help you with the process will follow your ticket #.
He will need to complete the same information that you would be asked for online, including any special comments / or exceptions that you consider important to report.
