Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including weight, volume, value, destination, and any special requirements needed to ensure the safe and guaranteed delivery of your order. For products not currently in stock, orders are immediately placed with our manufacturers, who have a fulfillment window ranging from 24 hours to 14 days. Custom orders, such as dental chairs with specific colors and configurations, may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. The expected delivery timeframe for most purchased items is between 3-10 days.

For international deliveries, the shipping courier will contact the customer directly to arrange for delivery, ensuring a smooth process regardless of the destination.
