Opening the Account

RESELLER accounts are opened with the online application and has a $300 Fee to open the account
at this level you will see all prices and offers while your account remains pending ACTIVATION with the first order.

Tier Activation

Reseller B: initial order $1,000 to activate
Reseller A: initial order $2,000 to activate

Monthly Minimums (to remain active)
Reseller B: $200 / month
Reseller A: $400 / month

Cancellations
In stock BEFORE shipped = FREE
Once ordered to manufacturer: 30% minimum Cancellation fee on cancellable items.
We order large quantities for you and depend on manufacturer schedules 

Once we receive your confirmation, the order is placed; some manufacturers do not allow cancellations after confirmation.

If we accept a return and agree to buy products back, a minimum 40% restocking fee will always apply.

NOT ACCEPTED Even though we understand customer's remorse, does not apply to the reseller's account. 

Direct through Manufacturers 

They only apply to US DENTAL DEPOT customers. Manufacturers won't honor if sold by a third party.

You are permitted to sell the products you purchase on any platform that allows reselling. However, please note that certain products may require manufacturer approval. If we are unable to provide this approval, you will not be able to obtain it directly from the manufacturer.

To protect agreements, do not contact manufacturers—that triggers immediate account cancellation

Generally, selling on eBay is not an issue, but Amazon can sometimes be more complicated.

Automatic Online Pricing: Your prices are automatically displayed once you log in. The prices you see are the exact amounts you'll pay, tailored to your account.

Independent Costs: Your cost is independent of the selling price offered to our other customers on the website. Each product line and item has a specific discount or markup, which also adjusts based on the quantity you're ordering.
If you notice a discrepancy, please let us know, and we'll correct it promptly.

No Quotes Provided: We do not provide custom quotes. Your prices are already highly competitive, and the condition of the account is that all orders must be placed online without the assistance of a sales representative.

Sales Rep Assistance: If you require help from a sales rep, please note that prices may change, or a surcharge will be applied to cover the representative's service.

IF YOU ARE IN THE DENTAL INDUSTRY FOR OVER 5 YEARS
"Pay with your company Credit Card . Customer's C card are not allowed and always a 3.5% processing fee will be added as a reseller and with CC as a method of payment.

ONLY WIRE TRANFER or ZELLE from US accounts

IF YOU ARE NOT DENTAL or HAVE LESS THAN 5 YEARS AS A DENTAL BUSINESS
Your method of payment will be Zelle. Wire transfer, ACH, for 6 month of business. can always pay with Zelle or sending a picture of your Bank paper Check (of both sides). "
