GETTING BUBLES with  KEYSTONE - Splint Material
IF YOU ARE GETTING THESE IMAGES.  IT IS ALWAYS THE CONSEQUENCE OF :
    MOIST DURING STORAGE +
OVER HEATED : meaning  TOO CLOSE TO THE HEATING ELEMENT
                                           OR HEATED TOO FAST

    1) Lower the sheet to the closest position to the model
    2) Place the sheet as far as you can from the heating element
    3) Turn on the heating element at the lowest possible power
Go moving IN & OUT the heating platform from the Sheet, so heating is slower and even. Let the heat move through the sheet material . Do not rush it
    4) Start the vacuum as soon as the sheet STARTS to bend in the middle ( 3-5 mm bending is enough ) I the sheet bends 1cm ( 10mm ) it is already too hot

    this is too much

    wrong !!

    5) DO NOT  wait until your perception says : NOW. You must launch the vacuum way before your instinct tells you.
