Your Contractual Relationship
You are a 1099 provider, ensuring complete flexibility and independence.
Payment Structure
Order Placed = Payment Secured
Get paid promptly when you place an order. We pay 30 days after being invoice/shipped.
LEVEL ENTRY 1
Always Earn Your Commission
You will always receive your commission for every sale you placed. There will not be shared commisions, we will not deduct fees, expenses or extra charges to your paycheck .
No Base Salary.
Commission Structure:
• Base commission: 4% of gross sales for items with 20% markup
• Base commission: 6% of gross sales for items with 30% markup
• Base commission: 8% of gross sales for items with 50% markup
DISCOUNTS: The sales representative’s commission is reduced proportionally based on the discount given over the operational profit after processing costs."
RETURNED PRODUCTS
If a customer returns an item, the commission for that item is deducted from the next paycheck.

Customer Flexibility
Build Your Own Customer Base
You can set up your own customers. Even if the system identifies them in our database, you can still sell to them and earn your commission.
You will have direct access to your customers and to our customers using the exact email of our customers. You won't be able to find our customers by name; you will find them with the exact email address.
You can add new shipping addresses.
If you prefer to sell to the same customer under an independent account, request them a different email and add a new account as if they were a new customer.

Placing Orders
Easy Online Ordering
Place orders directly through our webpage. Your login ( Yellow Star on the Top Right of the home page ) gives you direct access to your customers, our customers and your specific quotes.
You can also control your commisions in the same account online

Small Orders Policy (Under $3,000)
No Extra Discounts
For orders under $3,500, no additional discounts or offers apply beyond what’s available online. We will call every customer before charging their card unless they are a regular customer of yours.
Quotes for Large Orders (Over $3,000)
Flexible Quoting Options
For larger orders, you can provide quotes to customers.
Contact your sales rep at HQ to discuss potential discounts, special offers, installations, and large shipping costs.
If customer has a COUNTER OFFER : Do not call us, send an email with the Proposed Price and both sides of the picture of the CHECK for the full amount of the proposed down payment.
You will still receive your commission even if the customer places the order directly after receiving your quote.
Payments
Using Customer's C Card information
You will NOT have access for CC information. But you will be able to see the last 4 digits and choose from the previous c cards used.
Payment will not the processed either on the spot. We will take care of that part for you and get paid assuming all the risks.
If Risk Control department decides the transaction is a RED FLAG, the desicion is undisputable.
If you choose Wire transfer as a method of payment, you will receive an email when payment has been credited.
Commission Control

Commissions are paid 30 days after shipment.
Returns will result in commission deductions.
Commissions are not paid on shipping costs, taxes, or third-party services like insurance or customs. Payments are made by company check direct yto yourt bank account or your referred address on your application.
