Installation & Use

Mount the lap disc on the right-hand spindle of the PR90 Variable Speed Polishing Lathe using the supplied arbor. Verify the disc is fully seated and the spindle nut is hand-tight before energizing the lathe. Begin polishing at low speed and increase only after confirming the disc runs true.

RAY FOSTER PR90 Variable Speed Polishing Lathe. May also fit other RAY FOSTER polishing lathes with the same spindle thread — confirm with the manufacturer before fitting.

Care & Maintenance

Inspect the lap face periodically for grooving or contamination from polishing compound. Wipe clean between media changes to prevent cross-contamination of polishing compounds. Store flat to preserve the lap geometry.
