What You Need to Start Using the A7 ELITE Articulator?
1. A7 ELITE Articulator (Bio-Art)
Precision Semi-Adjustable articulator with:
• Adjustable condylar path
• Intercondylar distance
• Bennett angle
• Removable magnetic mounting plates
• Incisal pin and guide table (adjustable)
• Upper and lower arms with precision hinges
2. Facebow (Bio-Art ELITE Facebow or Compatible)
Used to transfer the spatial relationship of the maxilla to the articulator. You’ll need:
• Facebow frame
• Bite fork
• Transfer jig (transfer base)
• Locking rods and components
Recommended:
• Use the Bio-Art ELITE Facebow Kit for seamless compatibility.
3. Mounting Plates (Magnetic)
The A7 ELITE uses magnetic mounting plates.
You’ll need at least 2 plates per case (1 upper, 1 lower), plus extras if managing multiple cases.
4. Mounting Accessories
Mounting stone or mounting plaster
Articulator support stand or jig (optional but useful for stable mounting)
Silicone or thermoplastic bite registration material for accurate bite transfers
5. Compatible Transfer Stand (Optional)
For repeated facebow transfers or multiple articulators in use.
Helps reduce setup time and increases precision for high-production labs.
6. Model Support Rods or Stabilizers (Optional)
For supporting stone Models during mounting and simulation of mandibular movement.
